Please ensure you are in for your delivery Our Delivery Company will attempt just twice to deliver your package. If you are not in on both of these occasions (and you have not made arrangements to have it left somewhere safe) then you will be required to pay a charge of £8.70 per extra delivery attempt. If the item cannot be delivered and so comes back to us then we will have to charge an additional fee. We do not profit out of either of these charges - we simply charge you what Our Delivery Company will charge us.
General conditions for return:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of any item that you wish to return back to us.
All returns must be sent back at the owners cost. If the item is found to be faulty Sullivan’s Garden Machinery will reimburse you the customer up to the value of £25, postal receipt must be provided. We recommend http://www.interparcel.com/quote/ for returning items, this is cheaper than the post office and a courier will pick the item up from your door.
Requests for return of items must be made in writing by e-mail or by calling us on 01454 412 100.
All requests for return should provide the following details: - The correct order reference number - Reason for return - In the case of faulty products the nature of the fault
All returned goods should include a note with the same details as required for the request for return (a printed copy of your correspondence with us to return the item will suffice).
You may only return your item once we have contacted you to confirm your request for return We strongly recommend that any packages you send back to us, are fully insured and that you ship using a service that can provide a proof of delivery Sullivans Garden Machinery will not be responsible for any items which you send back to us that are lost or damaged in transit
Where a refund is requested:
- Products returned to us complete, as new, unused and in the original box will be refunded the full invoice price of the item only i.e. shipping charges will not be refunded. - Products returned to us incomplete i.e. missing manuals, accessories etc. will incur an appropriate charge which will be deducted from the refund. - Products returned to us which have been opened, seal broken, packaging not intact, will incur a fee of up to 30% of the price paid for the goods, subject to condition.
Returned goods must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition, and must be returned with the original box, original packaging and accessories
Any returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted
Returns of faulty goods after 28 days of delivery All products carry a minimum one year manufacturers guarantee If you experience a fault after 28 days of receiving the product, we will arrange to repair the product free of charge if it is faulty The repair of products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow the manufacturers instructions Returns of faulty goods within 28 days of delivery Faulty products may be returned within 28 of delivery for a replacement The General conditions for return apply with regards to requesting a return of faulty goods We will dispatch a replacement product once the original item has been received and investigated as per your stated fault The replacement of products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow the manufacturers instructions Returns contact details Please follow the General conditions for return when making contact with us regarding return of an item.
